Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
- Support regional Account Managers with sales activity
- Generate business by making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Maximise opportunities by understanding customer needs
- Build rapport and liaise with decision-makers, representing yourself and the business in a professional manner
- Passing leads to appropriate departments
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating with sales activity and potential leads
