This consultancy pride themselves on providing a supportive environment through which to gain valuable industry experience and develop your career, locally and globally. Their reputation and relationships are paramount, so they are looking for a specialist Project Manager , with extensive experience in the pharma and/or data centre construction spaces. For this role, you will: Oversee and manage high value construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget, to a high standard. Monitor, manage and record daily activity on site, tracking and reporting on issues as necessary. Support the Project Director with handovers, including providing all documentation to a high standard and in a timely manner. Attend the sites regularly to keep an eye on progress and support the teams and ensure that safe working practices are being adhered to. Manage and communicate clearly and regularly with all internal and external stakeholders and contractors. Implement any processes to streamline activity, adapting as needed according to client requirements. Lead key meetings and collaborate with teams to address and provide solutions for any problems or issues that arise. This role would suit you if you have: Project management experience A degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction A professional certification in project management Good attention to detail and an eye for quality Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing The ability to collaborate and excel with different teams Have a professional attitude, but also are able to manage and address issues effectively and with positivity
