What are we looking for in our next Process Assurance Engineer?

  • A background in software development (full lifecycle) and quality assurance within a process-driven design and development environment.
  • Familiarity with software processes, national and international standards, and assurance requirements.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with teams across programmes.
  • A collaborative but objective approach, with the ability to influence change and lead project quality assessments.
  • Capable of identifying risks, critical issues, and contributing to detailed reports.
  • You can work independently as part of a functional and integrated team
  • Ideally, an Engineering degree (or equivalent) with an understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Experience in configuration management, documentation, and requirements management systems is highly desirable.
