We are currently working with a Nursery who are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join their team. The nursery is open all year round, with rotating shift patterns each week. The shifts available are 07:30 – 04:30, 08:30 – 05:30 and 09:30 – 06:30

Responsibilities:

• Plan fun and engaging activities
• Follow all necessary safeguarding procedures
• Create and maintain a welcoming environment for the children in your room as well as other members of staff
• Work within the EYFS framework and the nurseries own ethos at all times
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in a nursery setting
• The right to work in the UK
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare
• Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
