£35-£40k (DOE) UK-based. Whilst this role is advertised as remote, there will be the requirement to occasionally travel to on-site meetings, either at our office in Norfolk or at our client offices around the UK. Please only apply for the role if you are living in the UK.

About the role: We are looking for a junior to mid-level e-commerce Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, a strong technical background, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team of 8 designers and developers, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of online retail projects. You’ll act as a bridge between our clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple e-commerce projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans and also collaborate with the internal design and development teams.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle including onboarding, scoping, design, development and launch.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Utilise project management tools to track progress, allocate resources and manage timelines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce project management, preferably with the Shopify platform.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce processes from onboarding to scoping and implementation.
  • Proficiency in project management and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Slack and Notion (these are the three key tools you will be using).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively.
  • Good problem solver with decision making abilities.
  • Ideally someone who appreciates good design and a high level of design execution.
