KiddyKare are currently looking for an experienced Manager for a well-established setting based in the outskirts of Thatcham. Duties include:
- To be responsible for and to oversee the day-to-day management, staffing, organisation, and smooth running of the nursery.
- To ensure the EYFS curriculum is promoted and delivered to an outstanding level within the setting.
- To assist staff development and training.
- To actively promote and support the overall safeguarding of the setting.
- To have a key role in the planning and monitoring of the nursery and implementing essential policies and procedures.
- To lead a team of professional workers, always ensuring outstanding practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a nursery manager
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years
- Strong safeguarding and EYFS knowledge
- Previous OFSTED experience
- Passion
