Nursery Manager

KiddyKare are currently looking for an experienced Manager for a well-established setting based in the outskirts of Thatcham. Hours per week: 40 Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Benefits include; * 50% off childcare * Birthday off * Free on-site parking * Family friendly, flexible working * Staff well-being programme * Paid time off for community volunteering Duties include; * To be responsible for and to oversee the day-to-day management, staffing, organisation, and smooth running of the nursery. * To ensure the EYFS curriculum is promoted and delivered to an outstanding level within the setting. * To assist staff development and training * To actively promote and support the overall safeguarding of the setting. * To have a key role in the planning and monitoring of the nursery and implementing essential policies and procedures. * To lead a team of professional workers, always ensuring outstanding practice. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience as a nursery manager * Minimum of NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years * Strong safeguarding and EYFS knowledge * Previous OFSTED experience * Passion!!
