ALEXANDER LLOYD is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-known organisation on the recruitment of an HR Administrator. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will manage the operational side of the business for this organisation. The Head of HR is currently operating standalone, so you will have great exposure to wider HR and will also work closely with the Managing Director.
Duties:
- Support the Head of HR by providing effective administrative support to the team and wider business.
- Support the Head of HR in maintaining an accurate HR System (PeopleHR), including inputting all HR data, compiling and producing reports.
- Support with the monthly payroll process including maintaining the payroll inbox, producing the monthly payroll spreadsheet, liaising with the payroll provider and uploading reports.
- Support with recruitment which includes posting adverts, arranging interviews, preparing interview packages and attending interviews.
- Responsible for ensuring an efficient onboarding process is followed including new joiner paperwork, copies uploaded to SharePoint, PeopleHR updated and informing stakeholders.
- Support the HR team with taking notes at meetings (e.g. disciplinary hearings and other formal meetings).
Skills/Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 3 certified (desirable but not essential).
- Experience of providing administrative support in an HR function.
- Experience of working in an SME.
- Excellent communication and advanced IT skills.
