Oculus are currently working with an exceptional National Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award-winning Commercial Property team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times.

They have a particular specialism in Commercial Real Estate and operate within a wide range of sectors that include commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality and construction/engineering to name a few.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), a competitive salary, as well as an enticing bonus scheme.

The position involves handling complex Commercial Property matters such as:

• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Landlord and Tenant
• Estate/Asset Management
• Commercial and Residential Development
• Planning and Infrastructure
• Finance, Distressed Market and Debt Restructuring
