We are currently seeking two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our West Drayton office. At Shorterm, we have over 50 years of experience in recruitment, specialising in a range of sectors. We are currently looking for somebody to work within our motorsport division and our upskilling division. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with these industries - we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive substantial support to become a successful consultant with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. You will be responsible for working on large accounts and generating perfect candidates for our up-skilling programmes in Automotive industries. You’ll provide excellent service to existing clients - ultimately, your success will be in your hands.
