The role

  • Full time, permanent contract
  • Hybrid working pattern – home-based combined with at least 4 times a month in beautiful HQ offices in Buckinghamshire
  • Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

The purpose of this incredibly varied Assessment Administrator role is to support our client’s Standards team, which includes maintenance of their standards and assessment material, relationship management of the external contractors, and coordination of the quality assurance processes, including proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate

Our client is looking for someone with strong administrative skills who is also resilient and confident in handling sensitive conversations with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Providing clear, constructive feedback will be an important part of the role, so a professional and empathetic approach is key.

This Assessment administration role will suit you perfectly if you:

  • Have well-developed administrative skills.
  • Have experience of analysing and presenting data.
  • Have experience arranging meetings and recording notes and actions from meetings.
  • Have experience working within a regulated qualification environment.
  • Have excellent stakeholder relationship-building and maintaining skills.
  • Are able to work to deadlines and to work independently.
