We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager specialising in Change and Transformation to lead, manage, and deliver strategic initiatives across our clients’ portfolios. Working closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to drive organisational transformation, optimise portfolio performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. Leveraging expertise in change management, portfolio governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful results. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and expanding the portfolio management offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Strategy and Governance
    • Define and implement portfolio management frameworks and methodologies to align with organisational objectives.
    • Establish portfolio governance structures, including processes for prioritisation, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Evaluate portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to optimise investment and maximise ROI.
    • Develop and manage the portfolio roadmap to align with organisational goals and strategies.
  • Programme and Project Oversight
    • Oversee the delivery of large-scale change and transformation programmes across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
    • Provide guidance to project managers and teams, ensuring consistent methodologies and best practices.
  • Change Management Leadership
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful adoption of transformation initiatives.
    • Engage with stakeholders to assess organisational readiness, identify resistance, and create tailored communication plans.
    • Drive cultural and behavioural shifts necessary to support sustained change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on portfolio performance and strategic priorities.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
    • Develop and deliver portfolio reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership teams.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project value, risks and feasibility.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance portfolio performance and delivery efficiency.
