Experienced Class 2 HGV Driver – Haulage Company (Winsford, Cheshire)

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established company based in Winsford, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated driver to work with a reputable company, delivering and collecting construction safety equipment.

Position: Class 2 HGV Driver
Location: Winsford, Cheshire
Pay Rate: £15.41 per hour (holiday pay inclusive)
Start Date: 07/04/2025
Contract Type: Monday to Friday, temp ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and collection of construction safety equipment using a flatbed vehicle.

• Completing 4 nights out tramping (£26.20 night out allowance) each week

• Strapping loads securely, so candidates must be confident and competent with ratchet straps.

• Ensuring safe and efficient transport while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months\’ experience driving a Class 2 HGV.

• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving license.

• Competent with ratchet straps for securing loads.

• Ability to tramp all week.

• Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
