Lucy is currently seeking a talented Senior Corporate Reporting Designer to join a dynamic and fast-paced creative studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on projects spanning print and digital corporate engagement, for a portfolio of impressive global clients.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in concept creation, design development, and project delivery. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across creative, client service, and production teams to ensure every project exceeds client expectations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in successfully leading creative reporting projects from concept to implementation.
  • A deep understanding of the corporate reporting design processes, including timelines and technical requirements for print and digital formats.
  • Strong presentation skills with the confidence to articulate ideas in client-facing settings.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, whilst working with FSTE 250 clients, producing impactful corporate engagement.

Duties include:

  • Generating high-quality, narrative-driven designs that resonate with client objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Lead and Design Director to develop innovative solutions for reporting challenges.
  • Mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth, and contributing to a positive creative culture.
  • Working closely with the Creative Services Manager to ensure efficient allocation of resources and seamless project delivery.
  • Leading client presentations, and confidently communicating creative ideas and solutions.
