Contract type: 2-Years Fixed-Term Contract

Note: You must hold the relevant right to work in the UK for the duration of the Apprenticeship Academy. We are not currently able to provide sponsorship.

Our Apprenticeship Academy offers an opportunity to gain further qualifications without following the traditional educational route. We aim to be fully representative of our diverse communities across Wales.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Legal and Insurance team by conducting and collating relevant legal and insurance research.
  • Assist with the handling of TfW insurance claims.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake administrative legal and insurance tasks.

You will also study towards the nationally recognised qualification, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives Level 3 Paralegal, with our qualification provider Trinity St David University and CAVAC. There may also be future opportunities to study toward the Level 5 qualification.

Essential Requirements:

  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • At least 5 GCSEs at grade A*- C | 4-9, which must include English and Mathematics.

Eligibility:

Most of our apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 16, with no upper age limit. For safety critical roles, the minimum age will be higher. You must not have already achieved a similar or higher-level qualification in the apprenticeship role you have applied for.

Welsh language skills are welcomed but not essential for this role.
