BPD Zenith, a leading provider of Maximo implementations and IoT solutions, is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst Apprentice. In this exciting role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals while earning a qualification in Data Analysis. In this role, youll work towards your Data Analyst Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: You’ll dive into data from various sources, including our CRM system (HubSpot), tenders, and RFP AI tools. Clean, organise, and prepare data for insightful analysis. Utilise Excel and Power BI to uncover trends, patterns, and customer needs. Create compelling reports and data visualisations to communicate findings to internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations) and potentially even external customers. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support their data needs and contribute to winning tenders. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours&Benefits: £20,000 per annum Working Monday-Friday. 8:30-17:00 33 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays) Optional BUPA healthcare scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Company pension scheme Electric Vehicle Scheme Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Possesses a strong analytical mind and enjoys problem-solving. Thrives in both independent and collaborative environments. Maintains excellent written and spoken communication skills. Can handle pressure and prioritise effectively. Has experience with Excel (desired) and an eagerness to learn Power BI. A Grade 4/C in Maths and English at GCSE is required for this role.
