We believe that a construction recruitment company needs to be always available on the phone or in person 24/7/365.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\nWe are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrical Tester to join our team in the social housing sector.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in occupied and void properties.\\n\\n * Perform visual inspections and functional testing of electrical installations.\\n\\n * Identify faults, recommend corrective actions, and carry out remedial works as required.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).\\n\\n * Prepare and issue accurate reports and certificates.\\n\\nEssential Requirements:\\n\\n * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.\\n\\n * City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing and Inspection certification.\\n\\n * Up-to-date 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671).\\n\\n * Previous experience in electrical testing within the social housing or domestic sector.\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and customer service skills.\\n\\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\\n\\n * Full UK driving license.\\n\\n * Experience working with reactive maintenance and planned works.\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\\n\\n * Opportunities for professional development and further training.\\n\\n * Company vehicle and tools provided.\\n\\n"electrician" or "electrical tester" or "tester" or 񓥷" or
