Receptionist Temp to perm contract Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm Our client is a food procution business who supply some of the largest UK food stores. They are looking for a proactive and organised person to join the team on a temporary basis before potentially joining permananelty after 12 weeks. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assess visitor needs and guide them to the appropriate destination. Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls promptly and professionally. Process queries that come through telephone, email, post etc. accordingly. Take messages and relay information, as necessary. Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming. Monitor and order office supplies as needed to keep the reception area stocked.
