Summary The UK and Australia Commercial Executive will be integral to Grown Alchemist’s retail and commercial growth across the UK and Australia. This role requires a proactive, organized individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for skincare and wellness. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Commercial Executive will support the brand’s presence in retail spaces, develop educational initiatives, and manage commercial accounts. Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Account Support (Total UK / Aus Team) Product, Offers, and Retail Setup/Maintenance: Oversee the operational setup and maintenance of products, offers, and retail accounts. This includes managing New Line Forms (NLFs), Order Forms, and Funding Forms. Weekly Commercial Reporting Support: Collaborate with the Commercial team to compile and analyse weekly commercial reports, offering insights on sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness. Managing Marketing and Commercial Trackers: Maintain comprehensive marketing and commercial trackers, ensuring up-to-date information on campaigns, promotions, and account performance. New Independent, Amenity, and Corporate Account Setup: Lead the setup process for new retail, amenity, and corporate accounts in the UK and Australia. Ensure each account is effectively onboarded, equipped with training resources, and aligned with the brands high standards of excellence. 2. Account Management and Development for Independent Stores and UK Amenity Businesses Account Relationship Management : Act as the main point of contact for independent stores and UK amenity accounts, nurturing and maintaining positive relationships that reflect Grown Alchemist’s values. Provide consistent communication and timely updates, fostering trust and loyalty. Business Development and Growth Support : Identify growth opportunities within each account, using a strategic approach to expand product offerings, boost brand presence, and increase revenue. Sales Planning and Performance : Set and track sales targets, develop actionable plans to meet goals, and analyze account performance metrics to inform strategies. Training and Education : Conduct brand and product training to ensure account representatives are fully immersed in the brand and understand Grown Alchemist’s product benefits, protocols, and story. Problem Resolution : Address account issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions while maintaining strong partnerships. 3. Retail Support (4-6 Days per Month) Retail Support and Visit Planning: Develop a structured retail support and visit plan with input from your line manager, prioritizing high-revenue and strategically significant accounts. Product and Brand Training/Education (UK): Lead interactive product training sessions for retail teams across the UK to ensure comprehensive knowledge of Grown Alchemist’s product range and brand philosophy. Merchandising Checks and Maintenance (UK): Conduct routine merchandising checks in UK retail stores, ensuring displays are visually aligned with Grown Alchemist’s aesthetic and merchandising guidelines. Maintain optimal stock levels, notifying your manager of any out of stocks. Qualifications and Skills Experience in a retail or commercial support role, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or luxury sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills. A demonstrated ability to engage and train retail teams. Analytical skills with proficiency in commercial reporting and data analysis. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make informed decisions. Willingness to travel within the UK for retail support and account visits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail or CRM software.
