Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic engagements that define data and AI strategies aligned with business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing data-driven decisions and advocating innovative AI solutions.

Assess and uplift the maturity of client data and AI capabilities, delivering actionable roadmaps for long-term success.

Oversee end-to-end data transformation programmes, from strategic case development to technical implementation.

Drive innovation through AI exploration, identifying emerging trends and helping clients remain competitive.

Shape and grow internal capabilities, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to thought leadership and market offerings.

Support business development by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and shaping compelling propositions.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Proven consulting background with a focus on data strategy, analytics, or AI.

Visionary leadership with a track record of inspiring teams and delivering impactful data transformation programmes.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.

In-depth knowledge of data management practices, governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), and cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience leading engagements in complex environments across industries such as Defence, Utilities, Healthcare, or Financial Services.

Agile delivery experience, with the ability to work flexibly in dynamic, client-facing settings.
