Customer Service Claims Handlers\\n\\n£25,000 – £29,000 P/A, depending on experience \\n\\nPortsmouth \\n\\nFull time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week \\n\\nAre you experienced in delivering excellent standards of customer services?\\n\\nWould you like to be part of a growing, modern, and innovative business? \\n\\nAttega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting Customer Service Claims Handlers to join the team.\\n\\nThe main purpose of this role is to be the go-to person for customers, liaising with claimants, clients and third parties and assessing customers' needs and requests before ensuring the best course of action. \\n\\nIn return, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus up to 28 days holiday + bank holidays (rises with length of service), additional day off for your birthday, onsite gym, fitness classes and wellbeing support, plus more! \\n\\nThis role is full time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. \\n\\nReporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:\\n\\nListening to customers' needs and advising on the steps for the best outcome, \\nAssessing customers claims and being the main point of contact while negotiating settlements, \\nGathering customers information and any required evidence to ensure a fair decision is made,\\nMaintaining case records and the in-house customer database, \\nOffering excellent customer services and building rapport with each conversation you have. \\nThe ideal candidate:\\n\\nMust have previous office-based, customer services experience, ideally from a B2C (Business to Consumer), insurance, telecoms or financial services environment, \\nWill be a proactive person and have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, \\nMust be a team player, a starter-finisher with natural problem-solving abilities,\\nWill be looking for a full time, permanent role, working as part of a team in an office-based environment and be someone who is seeking future career progression. \\nFor more information on our Claims Handlers roles, please contact Abby in the Attega Group offices today
