What the Job Involves
As a Youth Justice Officer within the Enfield Youth Justice Service, your role involves undertaking all duties pertaining to the safeguarding of young people and managing risks to the community. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality assessments using Assetplus and writing PSR reports, alongside managing risks through effective interventions and partnership work. Your tasks include making referrals, delivering interventions to reduce reoffending risk, and monitoring practice and processes within the service.
