We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Sales Negotiator within a highly established estate agency in Edinburgh city centre. This role requires an experienced property salesperson who is dedicated and able to lead the full process of the sale of a property, from start to finish.

Role Overview:

As a Property Sales Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in closing deals and handling any issues from sellers/buyers. You'll be the go-to person for property information, assisting with any queries that might assist in the selling of a property.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers, providing detailed information and answering queries about the properties and surrounding areas.
  • Negotiate property sales and liaise between buyers and sellers to facilitate offers and close deals.
  • Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers generated through various channels, including networking, referrals, and promotional events.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties on the company database and various property portals.
  • Coordinate with photographers, home inspectors, and other professionals to prepare properties for viewings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and regulatory changes in the property industry.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including drafting contracts and agreements, coordinating with solicitors, and managing sales documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and improve overall performance.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including social media posts, email campaigns, and hosting open house events.
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in obtaining financing, by liaising with financial institutions and mortgage advisors.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and feedback regarding their property interests and market conditions.
  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the property transaction process to ensure a smooth and efficient completion.
