We are currently recruiting for a mobility specialist dedicated to bringing the best user experience to their customers through innovation, service and technology. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do, and they don't settle for anything less than excellence.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inbound Sales Advisor to join our team. A warm outbound approach involves reaching out to prospects who have shown some level of interest or engagement with your brand or product. Your role will be to speak to them and advise and sell the best product for their needs. The ideal candidate should have a passion for giving excellent customer service.
Inbound Sales Advisor Responsibilities:- Contacting new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s products and identify the best product for their needs.
- Communicating with customers before and after a sale.
- Identifying customers’ needs and upselling optional extras to maximise sales opportunities.
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships with existing customers.
- Keeping customers informed regarding the progress of their orders, liaising with suppliers when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, including the use of activities to ensure full and up to date information is stored.
- Good communication skills.
