We are currently seeking a resourceful, experienced, and results-driven Digital Marketing / Administration Officer to provide comprehensive marketing (digital) activities and administration support for the business of LBP.
Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing/ Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing project related, day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to various team members. In addition, you will be heavily involved in the marketing of LBP’s business (through digital and/or traditional marketing techniques) to business owners and stakeholders. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general marketing coordination and administrative support, including developing and updating content, planning, scheduling and dealing with marketing activities.
- In line with the current LBP marketing strategy, develop and contribute into it.
- Undertake direct digital marketing and telemarketing campaigns to promote LBP services.
- Assist in the digital marketing and promotion activities to recruit clients for start-up services or Small to Medium size Enterprises on to any of our Business Support programmes.
- Research about potential and existing clients to help with the recruitment of businesses and entrepreneurs.
- Research to discover relevant links, contents and information that can be used in our digital marketing campaigns.
- Look after/manage our social media platforms, creating and promoting relevant content with our agreement.
- Assist in organising and promoting events, workshops and advice surgeries.
- Assist to create and update promotional e-literature and e-newsletters.
- Ongoing monitoring of our current website content, change and update accordingly.
- Assist with client case study articles and promotional success stories.
- To deal with enquiries efficiently and professionally, referring/signposting clients to appropriate services, relevant courses/events and support available.
- Assist with other duties when required or requested directly by the LBP Senior Team.
