The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As Orthotist you will provide a high standard of Clinical Orthotic Care to all patients and assist in the day to day running of the service., * Supporting a caseload of clients with a wide range of complex conditions and recommending the best course of intervention.

Effectively communicating with informed patient consent, discussing the reasons for the prescription.

Providing advice and support as necessary to maximise rehabilitation potential and to ensure understanding of condition.

Assessing, measuring, casting, fitting, suppling, reviewing, and adjusting orthoses as required.

Maintaining appropriate clinical notes and records.

Providing training in the field of Orthotics at all levels

Qualified in Prosthetics/Orthotics

HCPC registration

Member of BAPO/ISPO (desirable)

Experience in a wide range of orthotic provision including orthopaedics, and footwear.

Able to prioritise and manage workload.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with colleagues at all levels.

Be able to manage difficult, challenging, and sensitive situations.
