The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts are seeking a dynamic head of resourcing to spearhead our recruitment, carer attraction, and retention journey. This is a senior leadership role, demanding strategic vision, collaborative spirit, and a passion for elevating standards within the care sector. You'll be the architect of our talent acquisition, ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets while upholding our unwavering commitment to quality and compliance.
What you'll do:
- Lead with impact: Take full ownership of the Recruitment Delivery, Compliance, and Recruitment Marketing teams across The Good Care Group, Oxford Aunts, and our hourly care services
- Craft a winning strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to attract top-tier candidates, driving revenue and achieving our growth targets
- Elevate Our brand: Position The Good Care Group and Oxford Aunts as the employer of choice in home care, enhancing our market presence and reputation
- Drive innovation: Define and lead our UK and attraction strategies, implementing cutting-edge candidate communication methods to ensure a world-class candidate experience
- Ensure excellence: Monitor quality standards, maintain 100% compliance with CQC and Disclosure Scotland and legal requirements, and drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes
- Analyse and optimise: Track key metrics, including placement targets, time to hire, conversion rates, and candidate satisfaction, to ensure we're delivering exceptional results
- Be a market expert: Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of the curve in salaries and benefits
- Foster collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless alignment and drive collective success
What you'll bring:
- Deep understanding of the care sector
- Proven track record in recruitment and recruitment marketing management
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and budgetary management experience

Please note this role is based a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office (Aldgate area). Successful candidates will also be required to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
