Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an Aluminium Fabricator for our client based in Essington. We are looking for an experienced and hard-working Aluminium Fabricator to join the team. Our client specialises in the manufacturing of UPVC Windows and Doors, from your standard casement windows to fully mechanical flush fit. Alongside UPVC, they also provide a wide range of aluminium and bespoke products.

Duties of an Aluminium Fabricator will include:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand fabrication requirements
- Operate and set up machinery and equipment such as CNC machining centres, pneumatic crimpers, compound saws, milling machines
- Cut, shape, and assemble aluminium profiles and components according to project specifications
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address fabrication issues and modifications
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment
- Monitor and manage material inventory for production needs
- Adhere to project timelines and production schedules to meet client deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication-related problems during production
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and other departments
In order to be considered for the role of an Aluminium Fabricator:
- Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication essential
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment used in aluminium fabrication
- Knowledge of aluminium profiles, components and fabrication techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality
