Quality Manager (Where Quality is Actually Valued)
Let’s be honest, QA often gets a bad rap. You join a business where the CEO doesn’t get it, teams see you as the “fun police,” and you spend more time firefighting than actually improving anything. This is a business where quality is genuinely backed by the CEO.
The audits? You’ll be joining a tight-knit Quality team of two, helping to maintain and evolve the QMS for a growing IVD business with global reach. The role involves both maintenance of the QMS and project-based work so you’ll have the stability of a structured system, with the variety of hands-on improvements too.
- Document control
- It’s about bringing people along the journey, being agile and proactive. Isn’t wedded to a rigid, Big Pharma / MedTech QA mindset
- Broad QA knowledge: NCs, deviations, CAPAs, change control, risk, investigations
Quality is respected and resourced. The CEO wants to know what’s going on in QA. Even if your CV isn’t updated, let’s have a chat.
