HGV 2 Driver in Newport

Staffing Match are delighted to be assisting a major food distributor in Chepstow and we are looking for HGV 2 drivers to join their team.

Monday – Friday 05.00am starts.

Duties include

• Completing deliveries of chilled and ambient goods to customers across South Wales, Bristol and Southwest areas.
• Average 10-12 drops per day.
• Delivering customer orders to the correct location as detailed on delivery notes.
• Using a PDA. Completing delivery documentation.
• Returning any stock, cages and pallets to their correct places at the end of the shift.

The must haves

• License with entitlement to drive HGV 2 vehicles
• Digi taco and CPC
• No more than 6 points
• Knowledge of WTR
• Good commumication and customer service skills
