We are currently looking to recruit for dedicated Class 1 Night Drivers for a contract in Cannock.

Role requirements of a Class 1 Night driver:

  • Monday - Friday work available
  • Flexible start times with night shifts starting at 4pm through to 2am
  • You can give a 3 hour "start window"
  • Valid, in-date CPC and Tacho Card
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Class 1 Driver

Responsibilities of a Class 1 Night driver:

  • Safely operate and work as a Class 1 driver to transport goods to various distribution centres - this is trunking work using double and single deck trailers
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation
