Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Onsite Representative. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.
The On-Site Representative is accountable for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements. Forklift license required.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays, etc. and/or a combination of these stocking locations).
- Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf-life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications.
- Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs.
- Address on-site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution.
