As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient experiences while driving treatment conversions and sales growth. We are a modern, family-run clinic in North Finchley, known for high-quality care and a personal, patient-focused approach. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and sales driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front by actively engaging with patients, converting inquiries into bookings, and handling high-value treatment discussions.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolution and a positive outcome.
  • Clearly explain benefits of treatments available and help patients make informed decisions.
  • Convert new patient inquiries into consultations and ensure a high treatment acceptance rate.
  • Follow up with patients who have not booked.
  • Deliver an Outstanding Patient Experience.
  • Be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring maximum diary utilization and minimal cancellations.
  • Oversee financial transactions, ensuring smooth processing of payments and invoices.
  • Monitor stock levels for front-desk supplies and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
  • Handle all communication channels, including phone, email, and business WhatsApp, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organised, and welcoming to create the best first impression.
  • Actively engage with the marketing team's activities in promoting the clinic.
  • Encourage patients to share reviews and testimonials to strengthen our online reputation.
