Salary: Up to £70,000 + 24% Bonus Scheme (OTE £86,000)

The Role

As Headteacher, you will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic leadership and vision to ensure the continued success of the school.
• Maintaining and enhancing our high standards of teaching, learning, and student well-being.
• Leading and developing a committed team of staff to deliver an inclusive and engaging curriculum.
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and striving for excellence in all areas.
• Managing school operations, including budget and resources, to secure long-term sustainability.
• Working collaboratively with external agencies, parents, and the wider community.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a school, ideally in a specialist or SEN setting.
• A passion for improving educational outcomes for children with diverse learning needs.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and experience in school improvement.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school culture.
• Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, NPQH desirable).
