Due to continued growth, our client is expanding in the North West London area and looking for a dedicated nurse leader to join our team!
The Role: As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide hands-on support to children and their families while designing personalised care plans. You will work closely with a team of carers, offering training and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 18 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop a team
- Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare teams
- Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with proven leadership experience are welcome to apply
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Key Responsibilities for a Paediatric Clinical Lead:
- Develop tailored care plans to meet individual client needs
- Oversee and support a team of carers, ensuring high clinical standards
- Provide ongoing monitoring, assessments, and interventions
- Work closely with MDTs, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to maintain bespoke care packages
- Build strong relationships with children and their families
