We believe that great people make a great business. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment and Resourcing Adviser to join our People Team and help us attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent who align with our values and mission.

What we will offer you:

  • Salary: £29,338 - £31,300 per annum, pro rata

The Role:

As our Recruitment and Resourcing Adviser, you will be the engine behind our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support recruiting managers, and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and management of the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Supporting with the development of talent pipelines to aid succession planning.
  • Liaison with recruitment managers to understand recruitment needs and develop appropriate Role Profiles.
  • Provision of regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Support equity, diversity and inclusion objectives within recruitment practices.

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
