We are looking for a temporary administration assistant. Start Early May 2025.
Working with the conference and banqueting team with our client based in central Cambridge, duties will include (but not limited to):
- Maintaining accurate details of bookings on a shared calendar
- Processing client booking information to produce function sheets and information required by staff to meet the needs of the client for their event where required
- Confirming final numbers and dietary information from clients for their events and making necessary adjustments to the bookings
- Producing menu cards, table plans and signage for events
- Handling online submissions from members of staff who wish to book guest rooms, supervision rooms and meeting rooms
- Producing weekly sales figures, showing attendance for students and fellows and other analysis where required
- Producing daily display menus for servery meals
- Processing dining requests on internal purchase system and making amendments where necessary
