We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a PA to join us supporting both our Group HR Director and one of our Divisional Chairs; both key members of our Executive team. Reporting into the PA to CEO, the PA will be based from our Doncaster Lakeside Head Office with flexibility of approach required from the postholder in order to meet the demands of this important role.
The successful candidate will serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Group HR Director and appropriate Divisional Chair. They will provide a professional support service to include diary management, screening calls and emails, as well as production of letters, reports and presentations as required.
The postholder will also arrange meetings, conferences and workshops as requested including internal catering and travel arrangements. They will attend meetings including coordinating any necessary paperwork for example agenda and minutes. They will set up and manage the electronic filing and information systems, ensuring both consistency approach with our regional businesses and that best practice and innovation of new processes is utilised.
An important part of this role is to with the legal document process using our document signing matric and tracking systems to ensure documents are signed and returned in a timely manner.
The PA will also provide cover where required for other PAs including the PA to the CEO.
