The Role: As an Enabling Support Worker, it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
Northumberland - Ashington, Blyth, Cramlington and surrounding areas. Flexible shift patterns to suit you.
