We’re looking for an Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking It Support specialist to help the rest of our team troubleshoot and resolve computer problems as well business data reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with a broad spectrum of IT-related issues, including networking and wireless. You’ll also be on call for emergency situations.   • Provide technical assistance to the departments.

  • Use a variety of communication techniques to communicate with vendors/stakeholders over the phone and in person.

  • Read and interpret computer documentation.

  • Coordinate customer requests with other technician.

  • Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software.

  • Troubleshoot problems with computers.

  • IT project /ERP support
