Flexible working and work-life balance has always been at the heart of their company. They also offer excellent packages which include life insurance, medical insurance, brand new electric cars, and competitive pensions. On top of that, they have excellent career development programmes, internal training, and support with professional accreditations. Continual career development is the lifeblood of their company.
I am working with a global brand who dominate the international construction market. They design and manufacture most materials for the global construction market, with many contracting subsidiaries who also undertake the installation. Due to historical success in the data centre market, four years ago they developed and invested in a new contracting division focused on Data Centre Fit Out. The demand for new Data Centres is currently at an unprecedented level. Backed by an international conglomerate, this new business unit now turns over £15M annually and has doubled turnover year on year, providing you with a solid foundation to elevate your career. You get all the opportunity of working for a startup, with none of the financial risk.
Due to an internal promotion, my client is now seeking a Contract Manager to join their growing team. Working exclusively on Data Centre fit out, you will be focused on the fit-out aspects of the build which includes structural ceiling systems, metal security partitions, white wall, and raised access flooring. You must have sound knowledge of the technical aspects of commercial fit out projects as well as excellent IT skills, with a proven track record in programming projects using ASTA. Contract Managers with a background in subcontracting fit out will have ideally worked on suspended, structural, or bespoke ceiling systems.
You will be expected to visit sites 3 to 4 times a week and then work from home for the other days. You will be provided with a full setup to work remotely. Should this role be of interest, please apply to this advert today.
