Overview

Catalyst Partners is delighted to be working with a global financial services group looking for a Reward Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Reward Manager, you will be responsible for supporting reward processes and broader compensation matters across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support with funding and accrual of fixed, variable and deferred compensation.
  • Assist in the identification of MRTs and preparation of Remuneration Policy Statements.
  • Provide support to the broader Reward team and HR Function in the delivery of the annual compensation review.
  • Support on ad-hoc Reward projects and the broader HR agenda.

Experience needed:

  • Proven experience as a Reward Analyst, with strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Financial services experience is ideal, but will consider out of sector experience.
