Working as a Commercial Finance Broker, you'll prospect for new business and once business is acquired, you'll look at various financial packages that suit the company's requirements. The end goal is to be able to provide the client with an asset finance solution that will help them grow, so the role requires you to partner closely with them to determine their needs.
Salary: £35,000 Per Annum Year 1 OTE 100K

The Role:
- You’ll manage inbound leads and generate new business through outbound activity, building strong client relationships and offering tailored asset finance solutions (full training will be provided).
- You should have at least 4 years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting KPIs, you’ll be confident handling objections, working under pressure, and managing multiple priorities.
- You’ll also support and develop junior sales team members as you progress along the Sales Manager Fast-Track Programme.
- This is a high-earning role, with uncapped commission and realistic OTEs of £100,000 in year one, £125,000 in year two, and £150,000+ in year three.
- You’ll receive in-house training, the opportunity to gain an LIBF Diploma in Asset Finance, and a defined pathway into management.
- A degree is preferred and A-levels (or equivalent) are essential. CRM experience, a confident phone manner, and strong communication skills are also a must.
- This role would suit someone with strong BD skills from any industry or perhaps someone in Asset Finance looking for a clear career trajectory.
