AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with M&G to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for an Intranet Manager based in London/Edinburgh. It is an initial 9-month contract with a hybrid work model.

The Role: This role supports M&G's strategic goals by delivering engaging, effective internal communications that keep employees informed and connected through digital and interactive channels. It plays a key part in transforming the colleague digital experience by helping to design and implement a new intranet platform that meets business needs. Working closely with key stakeholders, the role focuses on aligning content, design, and functionality to create a seamless and impactful employee experience.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Working with Content and Channels team to support the development and implementation of a content and channels strategy that underpins the delivery of our internal communications.
- Developing and executing a company-wide intranet strategy, including intranet architecture and governance, ensuring it effectively supports business needs - working closely with Technology.
- Conducting analysis on the existing usage and utilisation of our intranet to inform the future set up.
- Managing implementation/migration projects as required.
- Providing content guidance and platform training to all business-wide intranet content owners whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Leading on the day-to-day management of our intranet, including approving and managing structure and access.
- Working with Technology and third-party suppliers to ensure our platform offering is up-to-date, effective and evolving with the needs of our business and industry trends.
- Any other duties as directed by the Content and Channels Lead.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in managing intranet development projects and detailed knowledge of intranet development.
- Ability to coach and support colleagues inside and outside of our team, in order to improve the collective quality of our content.
- Experience in working as part of an Internal Communications team, or in a role where you’ve worked as part of a team developing and implementing communications activity.
- The ability to make good use of data and analytics to improve our approach and create proof points that demonstrate our impact.
- Previous experience in working on Interact.
