MIG/TIG Welder in Darwen

We are currently looking a MIG and TIG Welder to join our team based in Darwen.
This role is essential for ensuring the quality and precision of welded components in various projects.
Responsibilities
– Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials including steel and aluminum.
– Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints.
– Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete welding tasks.
– Inspect welds for quality assurance and adherence to safety standards.
– Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements
Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
Experience in sheet metal work is highly desirable.
