Pay Rate: £14 - £15 per hour, dependant on experience
Our Kettering-based client is looking to take on a Plant Operative to work across their multiple sites in Kettering, Burton Latimer, Boughton and Pitsford. The role will involve working on the sites in a quarry / landfill or production yard and you will be required to move from site to site therefore, an amount of flexibility is required.
Whilst you don't need any formal "tickets" ie, CSCS card for this role, we are looking for someone who has tractor operation and loading shovel experience, with a minimum of 12 months proven experience in this line of work as you will be responsible for working soil to get it ready and then loaded to send to the production yards.
This is initially a fixed-term role for 6 months however, there is always opportunity to move within the group to other roles therefore, for the right person, the opportunity will be ongoing.
