About us

Mountains. Jungles. Swamps. Unrest. No roads. Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is a Christian organisation that uses light aircraft to overcome these barriers to help bring practical help, physical healing and spiritual hope to some of the world's most remote and inaccessible communities. Millions of people cannot access basic medical care, clean water, schools or receive the Good News of God's love, simply because it's too dangerous or time-consuming to reach them. We provide flights for 2,000 aid, development and mission organisations to enable them to transform lives.

The Benefits

  • Remuneration while on the training scheme will be a trainee allowance to support living costs (for post training and while on overseas secondments, this will be a needs based allowance, including spouse and child allowance as dependents will be expected to travel with the role holder)
  • Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year, plus 8 paid public holidays
  • Housing overseas provided
  • Annual return flight to the UK provided
  • Non-contributory pension scheme
