The sales recruitment network is recruiting for a product specialist. This role does require travel. Product specialist experience is required.

Product Expertise

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the C2 and C5 product range, including the banding module, and serve as the go-to expert for technical queries.

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver structured training sessions to engineers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively with their products.
  • Provide a fully documented training programme, incorporating video footage as a key support asset.

Technical Support (Internal)

  • Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to engineers, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.

Technical Support (Customer-Facing)

  • Offer on-site hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring exceptional service and expertise.

Building a Self-Sufficient Engineering Team

  • Ensure all field-based engineers develop a high level of product knowledge and can take the lead in your absence, operating under a Make Yourself Redundant policy.
