We have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering our UKPN contract. The Role:
- Leading and developing a team of quantity surveyors and commercial administrators
- Providing commercial leadership across contracts, ensuring full compliance with rights and obligations
- Shaping and implementing commercial strategies to drive business success
- Managing budgets, cost controls, and financial performance
- Overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring favourable terms
- Leading cost value reconciliation and cash flow management
- Resolving complex contractual matters and disputes
- Ensuring subcontractor agreements are commercially sound
