My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for an Office Manager/Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Office Manager must be prepared to do anything and everything to ensure the smooth-running of both offices.
Duties will include managing the Facilities, Administration, Reception and Secretarial teams and maintaining contact with Provider Services.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - 30,000 depending on experience
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience working as an Administrator within a professional services environment. You will have excellent IT skills, be highly efficient, be able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly. You will have a 'hands-on' approach and be conscientious enough to work autonomously.
The role will include dealing with:
- Facilities, including arranging quotations for work within both offices, e.g., fire servicing, air con servicing, health and safety and general office administration tasks.
- Dealing with enquiries from customers new and existing, regarding their files. Utilising the company’s IT systems, including archiving and keeping accurate records.
- Being responsible for recording and dealing with staff queries regarding holidays, sickness, maternity etc.
- Liaising with other members of the team.

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Strong communications skills
- To be IT literate
- Own transport
