KeyResponsibilities

• Delivertailoredmortgageandprotectionadvicebasedonclientsfinancialsituationsandgoals.
• Handleenquiriesthroughvariouschannels:phone,email,video,andin-person.
• Maintaindetailedandcompliantclientrecordsthroughoutthemortgagejourney.
• Recommendsuitableproductsfromacomprehensiveorwhole-of-marketrange.
• Liaisewithlenders,underwriters,estateagents,andsolicitorstoprogresscasessmoothly.
• Keepup-to-datewithcurrentmortgagerates,lendingcriteria,andregulatoryupdates.
• Workproactivelyduringboth6-dayand4-dayworkingweeks,includingSaturdays.

Requirements

• CeMAP(orequivalent)qualificationessential.
• Experienceinadvisingonmortgagesandprotectionproductspreferred.
• Confidentcommunicatorwithacustomer-firstmindset.
• Organised,self-motivated,andcapableofmanagingabusycasepipeline.
• Comfortableworkingonarotatingschedulethatincludesweekends.
• Proficientinusingmortgagesourcingtools,CRMsystems,anddigitalcommunicationplatforms.
